Slackware 10.1 on a Dell Latitude L400
It was reasonably easy to get most things working, especially since it's my 4th latitude I've set up under Slackware with this particular pcmcia bridge and motherboard chipset, allowing me to reuse large chunks of configuration. I'm running Slackware 10.1 with the 2.6.11.2 kernel and X.org 6.8.2. I'm using KDE 3.4 beta as my desktop environment and the performance is suprising. Displaying svg images and jpeg compression in particular are more than 50% faster than my 500MHz Coppermine.
