This amp has the very rare "Better Coils & Transformers" output tranny that Leo used when he ran out of Schumacher trannies. Slightly smaller in size, the output tranny makes this an entirely different beast than a stock, sterile sounding Twin, you won't believe the crunch you can get out of this when cranked to 7 or better. The reason it is so beat is because of its fantastic tone. This is the best sounding Blackface amp I've had, and I've had many. Great history, a genuine 60s San Francisco survivor. Has the footswitch, Fender logo speaker connection, two period Altec Lansings. Sounds identical to a hi-power tweed Twin. Recently serviced with new caps, tubes, etc., and works perfectly. Everything's here that should be. Step up to the best amp you will ever own. If you like Santana, Bloomfield, Hendrix and great, powerful guitar tones, this is the amp for you.
